1. Overview of Services
Geer allows users to automatically and privately track bicycle and component usage, analyze statistics, and receive alerts based on user-defined intervals.
2. Eligibility
Geer is available to all users with a valid Strava account. By connecting your Strava account, you confirm compliance with Strava's terms of use.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Geer offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, users can subscribe to either a monthly or yearly plan. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, unless required by applicable law.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
We store the following data:
- Your Strava bikes
- Your Strava bike activity IDs
- Your Strava authentication tokens
- Optionally, your email address (if provided in app settings).
- Unique device identifiers and cookies.
For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy. We use third-party services, including Strava, Stripe and analytics tools, in accordance with their terms.
5. Usage Rights and Restrictions
Geer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services.
You agree not to misuse the app or engage in any activity that could harm its functionality or violate these Terms. Geer reserves the right to refuse access to the services or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms.
6. Changes to Services
Geer reserves the right to change, modify, or remove any existing functionality or connectivity with tracking apps, including Strava, at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion. Such changes may occur without prior notice.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Geer accessible at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
8. Liability and Warranties
Geer is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except as required by applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Munich, Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Munich.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Geer after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
